How it all began.
Today’s philosophy is the same one that animated the founder – Domenico Palumberi – when in his attic, together with his wife Carla Mazza, he experimented and created the first cosmetics with plant extracts. A pioneering intuition from which Camorak Cosmetic Laboratories was born – in 1964.
The approach to innovation is still kept alive today by daughters Eugenia and Francesca, who have led the company since the 1990s. Being pioneers is part of Camorak’s DNA. Formulating a cosmetic requires solid knowledge, but it is also a creative act. A product that stands out from others in terms of effectiveness and uniqueness succeeds in making an impact on the market if it is always born from an idea, from a spark. For this reason, the principles that inspire our contract manufacturing cosmetics are, and always will be, the constant search for cosmetic excellence and continuous experimentation with new formulations.

A formulation that made history.
In the 1980s, Camorak laboratories worked in synergy with pharmacists in the Bolognese area, who were the spokesmen for customers and patients with special needs. The demand that came to our laboratories was to create a targeted product for the most delicate skins. Thus was born the Lenerbe® brand, associated with one of Camorak’s longest-lasting and most memorable cosmetic products.
The story of this product, indeed of its formulation, is truly unique. This cream was born, precisely, to soothe the most delicate skin: from that of the elderly to that of toddlers, irritated by diapers or with skin flaking from milk crust.
Then it turned out to be excellent also for irritation, sunburn, and sun rash, preventing blistering. Moreover, if applied on light lesions, it became decisive due to its regenerating action. Finally, its elasticizing virtues made it indispensable for those patients bedridden for long periods, counteracting the formation of decupid sores. Lenerbe became, within a short time, the indispensable SOS cream for everyone. Even today it continues to be in demand. In more than 40 years nothing has changed: same efficacy, same pack, same graphics.
