What is the minimum order for Ready to Go products, i.E. Those in test-label, Ready-to-Sell?
How are graphics customisation activities handled?
We create the customised label graphics, print them and package the product.
Do I need support for the graphics?
Once we receive your logo in vector format, we will prepare proposals free of charge with the graphics we have in our database. You can however choose to use your own graphic support or ask for alternative proposals, which are provided by our graphics team, at an additional cost on an hourly basis.
Is it also possible to customise the outer packaging?
Yes, it is possible to customise the cases. The primary packaging, on the other hand, remains standard.
What is the delivery time for customisation of Ready to Go Cosmetics?
For the first order, the delivery time is 20 working days from your approval to print the labels and receipt of payment. Re-orders are shipped in 14 working days.
Are there price constraints for reselling products?
Absolutely not. Customising products with your own brand allows you to choose your profit margin and build customer loyalty.
Does Camorak take care of CPNP registration of products?
Absolutely! Our regulatory department makes sure that all products are properly registered.
Do i have to register products in the European Cosmetics Portal?
Yes, products must be registered. If you choose to keep Camorak on your product labels as the ‘responsible person’ of the cosmetic, the cost of registering in the European portal and filing the labels is included. If you choose to be listed as ‘responsible person’, we charge an additional fee per reference, providing direct assistance if needed.
Are Ready to Go Cosmetics of natural origin?
The percentage of natural origin of our products is between 95% and 98%. All our ingredients come from sustainable sources and agriculture.
Is production carried out by trusted laboratories?
Products are manufactured by our laboratories following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) practices, i.e. in compliance with current regulations and in total safety, following the highest standards.
What is the minimum quantity for a tailor-made production, customised in its entirety, from formulation to packaging?
The minimum quantity for a production with an original formulation is 1,000 pieces. If, on the other hand, you choose one of our pre-developed formulations, we can evaluate more flexible solutions according to the requirements of your project.
Do you offer a Full Service?
Yes, we offer a Full Service. This means that we can take care of the entire product management, from concept to delivery. If you already have the packaging of your choice, you can supply it directly; alternatively, we support you with the selection, choice and management of the packaging, working with trusted suppliers to ensure an optimal result.
What is your daily production capacity?
The Camorak cosmetics laboratories have a production capacity of around 20,000 pieces per day, depending on the formats required.
How does the Wishlist and sample request work?
The Wishlist is a very convenient opportunity to select and collect in a list the products you are most interested in. By sending it to Camorak you have the possibility to request test samples. Once the Wishlist is sent, Camorak will contact you to confirm the selected products.
